1. Refunds & Complaints

Our services are delivered under the laws of the United States and in line with applicable international regulations. Because every application is processed as a customized digital service, you acknowledge and agree that standard consumer cancellation rights do not apply once your order has been submitted.

However, we are committed to fairness and transparency. If you believe an error has occurred, you may submit a complaint or refund request for review.

2.How to Request a Refund or File a Complaint

90-day limit: Refund requests must be received within 90 days of the original payment date. Requests received after this period will only be considered if supported by clear evidence of a processing error on our part.

Response times: All refund and complaint submissions are acknowledged and reviewed within 24–72 business hours.

Information required: To help us locate your order quickly, please include your full name, the email address used for the order, and your Application Order ID number.

3. Application Processing Time

We aim to submit completed applications to the appropriate authorities within 24 hours of receiving your finalized order. While we make every effort to process applications promptly, we cannot guarantee turnaround times due to potential delays caused by government systems, technical issues, or other third-party factors.

⚠️ Important: Do not place an order if your departure is scheduled within 48 hours, as we cannot guarantee timely submission or approval.

4. Fees and Coverage

When you pay our service fee, you authorize us to act as your agent in preparing and submitting your application. Our service packages include the following:

For all approved refunds, an administrative fee of USD $25 will be deducted to cover processing costs.

Please note: We are not responsible for losses arising from declined payments due to card limits, bank authorization issues, or other financial restrictions.

5. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a specific part of these terms immediately, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it at a later time.
